Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods across various locations while ensuring timely deliveries. This Job is for LIDL Southampton Duties Operate lorries to transport goods and materials to designated locations. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Assist in the maintenance of the vehicle by reporting any issues or concerns promptly. Qualifications Valid CPC License C+E License No Points on Driving License Conversational English Ability BASE PAY - £195 AS PAYE and £210 Base Through an Agency up to 12 Hours Add Ons 14 Hr Shift Extra £40, Extra 3 Part extra £40 , Extra Half Shift £97.50 Bonuses for Extra deliveries or picking up extra half shifts often available Job Type: Full-time Pay: £195.00-£210.00 per day Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking Work Location: In person
