Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our equipment and systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Service Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently. Provide training and support to customers on the proper use of equipment. Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with other engineers and departments to improve service processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities. Respond promptly to service requests and maintain a high level of customer communication. Skills Strong technical knowledge in engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction. Familiarity with relevant software tools for reporting and diagnostics is advantageous. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel to various job sites.
