Plumbing & Heating Engineer . Roland Whatmore Limited are a long established general building contractor based in Lancashire, we specialise in general building contracts and projects for our clients within the North West Area. An opportunity has arisen for a time served Experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our team working on reactive and planned projects for our portfolio of public and social housing sector clients. A candidate with experience in bathroom fitting would be advantageous but not essential. The majority of our projects consist of general day to day plumbing and heating repairs/alterations, installation of boilers and bathroom adaptation works for various clients. What We Cover Domestic 1st Fix Plumbing and Heating Domestic 2nd Fix Plumbing and Heating Boiler Installations Bathroom Adaptation Wall Tiling Domestic Gas Servicing /Repairs/Landlord Safety Checks All Aspects of Domestic Plumbing and Heating Successful Applicants to Have Significant Experience In The Plumbing And Heating Industry Experience In Bathroom/Adaptation Installation Good Customer Service Skills Pride in Work Good Time Keeping Licence/Certification/ Qualifications Required NVQ Level 3 Plumbing and Heating or Equivalent Gas Qualifications - CCN1 & Appliances Unvented Certification would be advantageous Water Regulations Certification would be advantageous Domestic Energy Efficiency Certification would be advantageous Full Driving Licence We Offer Full Time Employment - 39 hours per week Competitive Hourly Rate Of Pay 29 Days Paid Annual Leave (inclusive of public holidays) Pension Scheme Company Vehicle Uniform Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Continued Professional Development Salary: Negotiable Dependent Upon Experience Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:0am - 16:30pm Friday 8:00am - 15:30pm Experience: Plumbing: 5 years (required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £16.71-£17.70 per hour Expected hours: 39 per week Experience: plumbing: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: CSCS (preferred) Driving License (required) City & Guilds (preferred) Work Location: In person
