Cross-Functional Support: Provide cover for Morocco, Spain, and other entities as needed, ensuring seamless operations across the group. Payroll Oversight: Review monthly payroll processing by third-party providers and guide the weekly payroll team. Champion Process Improvements: Take an active role in developing and implementing improved financial information systems and processes, driving continuous transformation. Be a Visionary: Align with and contribute to the Finance Department's vision, ensuring SMART targets are met and personal growth is achieved.
