We're looking for a skilled and experienced Automatic Door Service Engineer to be the first point of call for our planned and reactive maintenance operations. In this key position, you will be responsible for attending call outs and service visits, diagnosing and repairing issues, or recommending relevant remedial works. What You'll Do Attend call outs and service visits throughout Entec's operating area - predominantly London and the South East. Perform routine maintenance and servicing of automatic door systems. Proactively carry out adjustments or preventative repairs before issues escalates or cause disruption. Diagnose and repair breakdowns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, including BS EN 16005. Accurately log maintenance and repair activities using company job management software. Engage professionally and respectfully with customers - you are the face of Entec. Communicate clearly with Entec's internal teams via phone, email, and software platforms. Carry out remedial (quoted) works on automatic door systems when needed.
