You will case manage neighbour complaints to find resolutions and work as part of a team, with colleagues as well as partners to achieve this. This is a temporary position until December 2026. Key aspects of the role include: Being the initial point of contact for customers. Responding to complaints of private space ASB. Proactively gathering evidence to support and substantiate complaints of ASB. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with victims/complainers. Issuing warnings verbally and in written form to perpetrators of ASB. Case management of ongoing ASB cases through escalation process. Preparation of cases for further action where required. Managing an active caseload. Monitoring cases to ensure they are resolved.
