To carry out administrative duties dictated by the team and to capture key information where required and relay to the appropriate team member. Production of MI for both internal and external purposes. To receive new claims and input information onto the appropriate systems. General Admin duties including filing, archiving, photocopying. Responsibilities To work as part of a team and assist colleagues where necessary. To accurately input data. Receive and make telephone calls both in relation to appointment making. Provide a full administrative support service to the team. Managing incoming and outgoing post processes. Be responsible for ensuring service level compliance. Maintain awareness of Business Continuity programme and role within it Able to demonstrate knowledge and/or awareness of FSA procedures and the TCF initiative Actively seek to develop oneselfand take responsibility for your own training and development Qualifications Quality focused role - providing quality service to both internal and external customers. Team focused - working with colleagues throughout the business. Reactive - responding to daily workloads as dictated by customer requirements. Proactive - making sure KPI's and SLA's are met. Team player. Flexible. Good organisational skills. I.T Skills. Knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
