It is project based with ongoing support required on an ad hoc basis. Responsibilities Draft and standardise SOPs for HR, warehouse, fulfilment, retail, and other operational processes, based on input from managers and the HR Manager. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SOPs reflect current practices and are accurate and comprehensive. Format SOPs in a clear, user friendly style suitable for internal documentation. Update and maintain SOPs on an ongoing basis, incorporating changes to processes, systems, or regulations. Work with the Notion specialist to ensure SOPs are correctly uploaded and organised within the internal platform.
