You will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring they continue to see value, while contributing to business growth through retention targets. What You'll Be Doing Take ownership of customer renewals and retention, supporting consistent year-on-year growth Engage with clients considering cancellation or renewal, using strong influencing skills to retain and win back business Build strong relationships by clearly demonstrating the ongoing value of our services Share client feedback with management to help improve the overall customer experience About You Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to think on your feet Highly organised, able to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in customer retention and delivering outstanding service Confident working with data and numbers, with strong attention to detail A proactive problem solver with a practical, solution-focused approach Comfortable using IT systems Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Birthday off to celebrate your special day Healthcare cash plan to support your wellbeing On-site parking city centre location!
