The ideal candidate will have a strong background in access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems, as well as proven experience in service works and remedial works. Responsibilities - Service, maintain, and repair access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems - Perform service works including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Conduct system testing and provide basic user training - Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide effective solutions - Adhere to safety standards and company policies while on site - Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner Day-to-day - Service and configure security systems at client sites - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Collaborate with clients to ensure their security needs are met - Complete documentation for all service works - Travel to various locations for on-site service and remidial works Call-out rate 250 per week 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Private Healthcare insurance Company Shares Company vehicle with personal use Enterprise system training ( C-Cure, Lenel, Nedap, Genetec )
