Express Recruitment are delighted to be representing a Logistics Firm based in Nottingham who are looking to hire an IT Support Technician to join their team and join an environment that offers internal promotion and progression whilst emphasising being social with regular social events and benefits. The successful candidate will act as the first point of escalation and provide general assistance for IT on site and complete tasks including actioning support tickets, maintaining company hardware and software, logging incidents and requests, and liaising with third party IT services. To apply, candidates will need 1st and 2nd line IT experience, a genuine passion for IT and support, and communication skills.
