The Role The Director of Finance Transformation is responsible for leading and managing large-scale transformation initiatives within the finance and accounting organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative technology solutions that optimize our processes and systems. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive organizational change. How we work At Perk, we take an IRL first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
