Overview Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system, is seeking full-time or part-time psychiatrists to join our Adult Outpatient Psychiatry service. CHA comprises three hospital campuses and an integrated network of primary and specialty outpatient care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston's Metro North Region, with a fully integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC). The CHA Department of Psychiatry is recognized as a leader in patient care, teaching and research. Responsibilities Work with a multidisciplinary team serving the local community and providing high-quality care to our underserved and diverse patient population. Teach and supervise residents and other trainees; participate in existing departmental teaching activities. Potential to participate in departmental research programs. Qualifications Be/Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry (BE or BC). Strong clinical skills and a commitment to public health populations. Compensation and Benefits Full-time guaranteed base salary range of $234,000-$259,000, based on years of experience. Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars).
