Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. Location: Hybrid Salary: Negotiable, plus car allowance, plus up to 10% performance bonus , plus excellent benefits package. Travel Required: Travel expected to client or Logiq's offices in Bristol, Chippenham or Exeter Category: P3M Clearance: UK - SC Role Status: Open / Accepting Applications The successful candidate will join our growing consultant team, working with internal and external clients to develop, manage and deliver successful traditional and Agile projects. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently or as part of a multi-disciplined team. They will have experience of and be comfortable operating in a 'customer friend' type role, supporting the client to develop and deliver complex projects, understanding risks and managing stakeholders. The candidate will be leading projects and be comfortable taking the lead on day to day client interface. Key Responsibilities Deliver multiple projects to end clients, from inception to completion. Create and lead projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints. Develop business cases ensuring appropriate approvals and assurance plans are in place. Provide day to day management and leadership of projects. Provide mentoring and guidance to project team staff. Establish the Goals and Objectives for the Project within a Project Initiation Document and ensuring all work is properly scoped, planned, costed and risks / issues identified and resolved or mitigated in advance. Ensure all work is executed in a controlled manner, completed reliably and project delivery is achieved within approved budgetary limits. Schedule/manage project resources. Lead on Stakeholder Management activities. Build and maintain strong relationships to manage complex external stakeholder structures, including Customers, Partners, Suppliers, 3rd Parties or internal stakeholders. Provide key reports and support effective governance and decision making and control of your projects and their place in a programme and Portfolio. Support or set appropriate project assurance and ensure compliance with Logiq and client project assurance policies, processes and standards. Ensure effective Change Management processes are in place. Ensure strong contract management and commercial management of projects. Support development of proposals and bids, leading as appropriate. Support Continuous improvement activities within the business to strengthen Logiq's ability to reach operational excellence and growth goals. Employment is subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance which requires 5 years continuous UK address history at the point of application. Travel to client sites and Logiq offices will be required. What We're Looking For 3+ years proven experience in a senior project management role. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to define, source, tailor, and analyse high quality management information. Able to demonstrate the professional credibility required to work collaboratively across project and organisational boundaries. Demonstrable Knowledge of Evidence of background, knowledge, and experience of delivering projects using the project management approaches, tools and techniques that are described in the Association of Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge 7th Edition. Other equivalent traditional methodologies may be considered. Certifications, Qualifications Experience Ideally 2.1 Project Management, engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics degree or equivalent experience.
