In this role, you will enhance commercial excellence within your department by leading contract management activities for several of SNG's complex, high-value, strategic, and operational contracts. You are expected to leverage your commercial expertise to mobilise contracts, manage their delivery and performance, implement contract changes, and handle risk management within the contracts. The role: Reporting into the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for providing a comprehensive technical surveying service, with a focus on effective delivery of maintenance services. The role will investigate and provide advice on the resolution of complex maintenance issues such as building disrepair, structural failure, and defect analysis, raised either internally or by our customers.
