We have an opportunity for a Customer Specialist - Property to join our team. This will be a full time permanent role based in either our Basingstoke, Blandford or Newbury office. You'll combine home and office working to ensure a positive work/life balance. The starting salary is £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience. The role: As a Customer Specialist, you'll use your repairs and maintenance knowledge to offer a personalised service to our customers, helping them with their existing repairs. We take a case management approach so you'll be managing each query from beginning to end, scheduling in works and liaising with key stakeholders. You'll actively engage with your customers to understand their issues and resolve them in the most appropriate way, keeping them informed of any agreed actions. You will also make sure that all of the relevant systems are up to date and the data is of high quality.
