The daily schedule is designed with support in mind, ensuring you're never without a second opinion or a spare pair of hands. Regular in house CPD sessions and an active clinical WhatsApp group mean there's always something new to learn. Enjoy a balanced work life schedule with a 4 day week and an early finish once a week. For seven weeks out of nine, you'll finish at 1 pm, effectively working a 3.5 day week. For the remaining two weeks, the early finish is at 5 pm. The rota is flexible, accommodating part time positions if needed. Weekends are split to ensure no one works a full weekend on call, enhancing everyone's work life balance. Bonus pay is offered for any procedures carried out when on call, and an RVN is on site 24/7 for inpatient care. The practice is conveniently located near a leisure centre and a large park, perfect for lunchtime walks.
