Electrician and tester (2391) Burghfield, RG30 ASAP Start Inside IR35 Long-Term Project High-Earning Shift Pattern We are looking for experienced Electrical Testers to join a major project at Burghfield . If you hold 2391 testing & inspection experience, a CSCS/ECS card , and are eligible for SC clearance , this is a fantastic opportunity to step onto a high-profile site and secure a rewarding contract. Location: Burghfield, RG30 3RR Duration: 26 weeks (Initial term - potential extension) Hours: Full time on-site - 66 hours/week Pattern: 11 shifts on, 3 shifts off Rates: Umbrella: 38.90/hour (includes 5.00 shift uplift) Travel Bonus: Travelling more than 30 miles to site? You'll receive: 100/day Umbrella Eligibility Requirements: ? Must have 2391 Testing & Inspection experience ? Hold a valid CSCS or ECS card ? Be eligible for SC Clearance (can start on BPSS ) ? Have lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years This is a full-time, site-based role on a critical infrastructure project with one of the UK's leading engineering organisations. Electrical Technician - Aldermaston Rate: 38.17/hour (CIS) Location: Aldermaston Clearance Required: SC Security Clearance (DV eligibility required) Are you an experienced Electrical Technician looking to make a real impact on high-security, high-complexity projects? We're hiring skilled professionals to join a dedicated team delivering installation, maintenance, and commissioning services at a critical site in Aldermaston. What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of electrical systems and equipment - from installation to maintenance, inspection, and decommissioning. Your tasks will include: Electrical installation and modifications Testing, trials, and commissioning EMIT (Examination, Maintenance, Inspection & Test) activities Working from technical drawings and schematics Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and legislative standards Accurately completing all required records and documentation What We're Looking For Recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent training City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations Strong experience in installation, maintenance, inspection & test Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and drawings Familiarity with IEE Regulations and site-based electrical work Confident using hand and power tools Desirable (But Not Deal-Breakers): City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) Experience on regulated or nuclear-licensed sites Triple Bar Training, CSCS Card, or Health & Safety Level 2 GCSEs in Maths, English, and a technical subject Knowledge of AWE procedures or appointment as NP(E) Security Requirements All applicants must hold SC clearance and be eligible for DV clearance.
