Search Recruitment are seeking a number of Backshift/Nightshift Food Production Operatives to work within the busy food production area with our client based in Moodiesburn. Main duties include knotting & trimming of sausage casings, ensuring casings are trimmed as per size specifications, maintaining high levels of hygiene around work stations, carrying out visual quality inspection checks on product and general housekeeping duties as required. A good level of manual dexterity and attention to detail required as the process is very delicate. Candidates should be comfortable working in a food production environment and have an enthusiastic, can do approach to their work. Hours of Work: 3 x Backshifts 3 x Nightshifts 3 days off (6 days on 3 days off shift rotation) English Level Required: Minimum Intermediate English Rate of pay following completion of training period - 16.52 per hour. Rate of pay for 4 week training period - 11.91 / 12.71 per hour working Monday-Friday dayshift only. Weekly Pay.
