A growing payments/financial services organisation is currently seeking an individual to head up their UK Operations which are currently a team of c.70 and growing. This role will cover all aspects of Operational leadership and the strategic growth of the UK operations which the organisation is looking to double in size over the next 3-5 years. The successful applicant will drive forward the growth plan and deliver this by: Delivering sales growth targets by ensuring a motivated sales team develop additional routes to market - so experience of leading a field based sales team would be beneficial Having responsibility for all customer facing and back office operations nationally, leading the team to deliver customer excellence Managing the UK budget Delivering compliant growth by ensuing compliance to regulatory frameworks as required AML, Anti- bribery etc Fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all business units Extensive stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners This is an outstanding opportunity to lead an established team and grow the business in the UK.
