This is a solution based, consultative sales role where you'll work with medium to large enterprises and their decision-makers to deliver fleet and leasing solutions that make a real impact. What You'll Do Win new business across leasing, fleet management, and employee benefit scheme including Salary Sacrifice & affinity schemes. Build a deep understanding of each client's needs to deliver tailored, solution-based proposals. Engage with prospects virtually and face-to-face, building strong relationships with senior decision-makers. Identify opportunities within fleets to introduce fleet management solutions. Maintain full FCA compliance, ensuring all interactions and agreements meet regulatory standards. Keep CRM records accurate and up to date - ensuring clear visibility of your sales pipeline, renewals, and deal outcomes. Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to service delivery. Proactively review performance and continuously seek ways to increase conversion and revenue. What We're Looking For A proven track record in B2B or telesales (automotive or leasing experience a plus but not essential). A consultative approach with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strong organisational and CRM management skills. A confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage at senior level. Resilient, self-motivated, and target driven.
