Residential Property Conveyancer / Executive A well-established legal practice in Skipton is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer/Executive to join their busy property team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to manage a full caseload of sale and purchase matters, working independently while delivering exceptional client service. The Role The successful candidate will manage matters from file opening through to completion and archiving, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions. They will take instructions, prepare documentation, manage billing, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the local area. There may also be opportunities to take on delegated supervisory responsibilities, supporting the team as required.
