Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, this position will be located in the market and will focus on our business growth in the EU across the key mass cosmetics retailers. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed brand objectives and sales goals A clear understanding of dynamics of assigned accounts and local market specifics to help set overall account strategy and priorities (assortment, merchandising, tailored trade marketing calendar) Identify and execute business-building initiatives to grow market shares, rankings, and profitability Ensure a strong visual presence in-store and on Forecast ability on a monthly basis as well as provide feedback on over and/or under-delivery of goals Assortment and Planogram work in conjunction with the Space Planning team Manage various parts of the P&L like sales revenue, trade margins and A&P among others and will be responsible for the monthly and annual forecast planning Strong sales, influence and collaboration skills and the ability to develop and execute sales meetings and product training for assigned accounts Monitor and report on competitive brand launches and events Requirements Willing and able to travel within the assigned region BA or BSc required Minimum 3 years of experience working in Sales within Beauty Industry, experience with large mass cosmetics retailers in the local market Leadership ability and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability Strong business acumen and financial ability Value integrity, personal responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit Strong relationship-building skills Team-oriented, responsive, passion to succeed Strong sales, influence, and collaboration skills Ability to think both strategically and tactically Analytically minded Passion for digital and driving omnichannel sales strategy Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
