About the Role As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of The Terrace, ensuring consistently high standards across food, drinks, and customer service. You will be responsible for managing and developing the team, maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests, and supporting the continued growth of this vibrant new venue. Your Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver excellent service. Oversee daily operations, including food preparation and front of house. Drive sales, manage budgets, and monitor costs to achieve financial targets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout. Handle customer queries, feedback, and any issues professionally and promptly. Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. Champion a positive culture and uphold The Terrace's values and vision. About You We're looking for someone who: Has proven experience managing a busy cafe, restaurant, or bar (essential). Is confident in leading a team and driving excellent service standards. Demonstrates strong organisational and time-management skills. Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Is proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused.
