Having opened in November 2023 with huge success, we're now expanding our kitchen team to deal with increased demand across the business. Duties - Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen - Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff - Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Requirements - Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices - Excellent supervising abilities to guide and motivate kitchen staff - Proficient in various cooking techniques and food preparation methods - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are passionate about culinary arts, have a strong background in kitchen operations, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
