Managing end-to-end investor administration including capital calls, distributions and transfers. Undertaking daily and ad hoc cash management and reconciliations. Performing AML/KYC reviews including higher-risk investors. Supporting SPV formation and company secretarial requirements. Reviewing and supporting junior team members' work.
