Senior Bathroom Salesperson 30k (OTE 35k) My client is a long-established Bathroom supplier and fitter based in East Herts and are now looking for an experienced salesperson to join their team, based in their showroom. The role is to meet and greet potential customers who enter the showroom or call over the phone and then work with them to quickly build rapport and develop a working relationship to provide a completely satisfying design and fitting plan. The professional service is long established as friendly and helpful that produces superb results every time. Any issues or challenges are met with positive suggestions for resolution. The key to success to for the salesperson is to use their experience and skills to know in advance how bathroom designs work and more importantly the issues that customers have reported lead to errors. The ideal person will have plumbing or bathroom sales experienced and can demonstrate their wisdom when discussing options with clients. They will be credible and be able to articulate clear visions to the customer before closing the deal. 8 hours shifts, plus every other Saturday with a day off in lieu.

Google Advert PPC Sales Specialist Base 35k (OTE 60k) My client is a Google approved supplier of services to the e-commerce industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Google Ads specialist to join this team during forecasted growth in 2024. They are looking to grow this service to clients by offering a free lifelong viewing of Google Ads, (PPC) pay per click activity in the first instance. The product monitors the validity of each pay per click and provides a gateway for valid potential customers, rather than allow all traffic through. Commission is paid to each job holder when the client starts paying for the service. The job role is to quickly build relationships with warm leads or those companies who are currently using Google Ads and then convert these to paying monthly customers for the service The ideal candidate will have the ability to articulate technical information to busy people who are not necessarily technically minded. You will need to quickly develop a strong rapport with potential clients by getting through to the decision makers. Once through to the decision makers, the product sells itself by offering a free lifelong viewing of activity of how much each client could save. Once they can see how much they are losing on non-valid PPC there is an extremely high take up rate to subscribe and save money. The contacts and numbers are generated by an internal lead generator, who is another member of the team. Nearest train station is Rye House. My client is a food waste processing company based in Hoddesdon, and they now require an Labourer on an ongoing basis with an immediate start requested. The role is to use a jet washer to clean working areas and lorries / wheels who make deliveries. The job is to clean and tidy areas both inside and outside. You will be fit and aware of your surroundings and health and safety conscious. Although the role is a general Labourer, the company will fit a job around your skills knowledge and experience. Therefore, if you have a general knowledge of repairs and maintenance, that would be of particular interest. Having experience of operating a Telehandler or Forklift would also be an advantage. Hours of work are likely to be 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday. Start and finish times to be confirmed but 0730hrs or 0800hrs start time is likely. The work environment is wet and smelly as you will be working with a food waste processing environment. Possible temp to perm for the right candidate, but 8 weeks work to start with
