Duties include, but not limited to: Production support Packaging products Lower-level machine operating Quality assurance General factory housekeeping The client will always aim to train and upskill, at a pace suitable for both the candidate and the business. Ideal candidate: Pro-active and motivated Keen to learn and develop their skill set within an expanding production facility Good punctuality and reliability Commitment to shift work is essential Temporary to permanent position for the right candidate, after 12 weeks. Rotating shift pattern: Day shifts starting Monday to Thursday - 06:00 to 18:00 Night shifts starting Sunday to Wednesday - 18:00 to 06:00 The rate of pay is 13 per hour, reviewed following training and successful probationary period. Breaks are not paid during the agency period.
