Role Executive Assistant / PA Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to their executive team, with additional responsibilities as the Company Secretary Assistance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities, tasks and interactions Manage executive calendars, including scheduling, organizing & preparing for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Attend assigned meetings as note taker and follow up agreed actions as appropriate. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening calls and emails. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses. Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively address them. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned. Perform Company Secretary duties, including maintaining statutory registers, preparing and filing statutory documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Organize board and committee meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and facilitating resolutions. Assist in the preparation of annual reports, proxy statements, and other corporate governance documents. Liaise with internal and external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the company's operations and governance practices. Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience 5+ years administration experience supporting C-Level Executives. Experience or knowledge of Company Secretary duties and corporate governance practices. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Significant experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and working knowledge of SAP would be desirable. Be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, be practical and solution-oriented and be able to work effectively both independently, and as part of a team Confident in dealing with clients and employees at all levels. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. A professional manner both in person and on the telephone. A solutions-orientated approach to situations. Role Production Scheduler Based Stonehouse, GL10 Rate 16 - 18 p/h + 33 holidays (25days + 8BH) Contract 12months+ Our client is seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join the team in Stonehouse, GL10 The role will involve. Generating detailed production schedules to meet established production targets. Reporting to the factory Planning & Fulfilment Manager and will focus on the Business Line planning. The Production Scheduler will: Ensure product demand forecasts are kept up to date in ERP. Creates & maintain detailed production schedule to ensure Customer orders on time delivery. Manages load levelling and bottleneck scheduling considering constraints in production and supply. Analyse production floor status, review production schedule, and release manufacturing work orders Analyse daily, plant-level materials requirement planning (MRP), including exception messages, to create and manage production requirements. Ensuring that production planning master data and parameters are up to date in MRP. Establishes sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan. Prepares Capacity Plan, identifies capacity constraints, and recommends short- and long-term solutions and mitigation plans to remove bottlenecks. Collaborate with Material Planners to ensure production schedule and supply plan are aligned and to fast react to any unplanned event. Works with customer service to provide appropriate Customer orders planned delivery dates. Monitors / identify key root causes for deviation and take improvement action. Issue material availability to P&F Manager and Customer Service Team Interact with Sales /Production Planning Sound knowledge of SAP, Microsoft products. Working with a leading Oil & Gas Operator reporting to the Treasury and Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will support the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices across a high-volume, operational environment. You will work closely with Cost Controllers, Joint Venture Accountants, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure financial processes are maintained and queries are resolved efficiently. This role involves processing a large volume of invoices (45,000+ annually), requiring a high level of accuracy, organisation, and accountability.
