Annual salary of £27,275 (FTE) Permanent role Full-time (39 hours) St Helens office base The role You will be working as part of our planned heating team, assisting with the delivery of our heating installs for Regenda and 3rd party clients, ensuring a quality finish with zero defects. Our M&E section are going through a sustained period of growth. This is a key position in the delivery of this growth enabling us to ensure a quality finish prior to handover to our client. The right fit To be able to perform a variety of improvement works as required dependant on type of install. Able to communicate effectively with all colleagues, office staff and managers, including detailing works carried out on respective job documentation. The role The purpose of this role is to work within an agile residential management & sales team, to learn to provide first-time resolution to customer queries and administrative support to the team. The right fit You will be ambitious and be keen to develop within the industry. You will also have good interpersonal skills with a natural ability to communicate at all levels and deal with people from diverse backgrounds. A solid educational background and ability to work towards achievement of Level 3 qualification in Business Admin is desired.
