This multi-block RC frame scheme will provide approximately 300 high-quality residential units and will be a key project in the continued regeneration of the area. Role Overview As Facade Site Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing the fa ade works package, working closely with the specialist fa ade subcontractor and wider project delivery team. The fa ade package includes SFS, EWI and brick-slip systems. You will ensure works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate fa ade subcontractors on site Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure compliance Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager Conduct quality inspections and ensure installation meets specification Liaise with design, commercial and planning teams as required Requirements: Proven experience managing fa ade packages on large-scale residential or commercial developments Strong knowledge of SFS, EWI and brick-slip systems CSCS and SMSTS certification are essential Ability to manage subcontractors effectively and maintain strong site standards If you have relevant experience and are interested in joining a well-respected contractor on a high-profile Leeds project, please apply with your CV for further details.
