As Site Supervisor/Assistant Site Manager you will support the site team on all aspects of the build package, reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager. Responsibilities: Assist with daily site operations and deputise in their absence to ensure smooth project progression. Track construction against timelines, identify delays, and help implement corrective actions. Ensure site activities comply with health and safety regulations, carry out inductions, and maintain clean, safe working environments. Inspect works to ensure they meet the required standards, drawings, and specifications, particularly during key stages like groundworks, shell, and fit-out. Supervise and communicate with trades and subcontractors to ensure delivery of tasks on time and to quality standards. Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS, site diaries, snag lists, and handover paperwork. Help manage material schedules, coordinate deliveries, and ensure appropriate storage and handling on-site. Experience Required : 2/3 years site supervision experience required ideally working in the commercial sector. Main Contracting experience is beneficial but applicants from subcontracting backgrounds won t be discounted. SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are essential. Ability to start within a week.
