The Opportunity Due to continued expansion, we are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated BMS Controls Engineer (Ideally Tridium Biased) to join our established team at Building Controls Specialists Ltd (BCS) . What You'll Be Doing Programming and commissioning BMS systems (with a focus on Tridium and Trend) Delivering both project and service-based workstreams to maintain a healthy work-life balance Producing software, creating BMS graphics, and integrating control systems Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and panel drawings Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver quality, reliable solutions Supporting a wide range of BMS platforms including Schneider, Honeywell, Priva, and Distech Upholding excellent customer service standards and professional communication Skills & Experience Required Proven experience programming and commissioning Tridium and Trend systems Familiarity with additional BMS platforms such as Schneider , Honeywell , Priva , or Distech Strong experience in software generation and BMS graphics development Proficient in reading and working from electrical and panel drawings Solid understanding of HVAC systems and applications Good electrical knowledge and competence Excellent written and verbal communication skills IT literate and comfortable with modern software tools Customer-focused with a flexible and proactive approach Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team What We Offer Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) Company car or allowance Pension scheme Laptop, mobile phone, and all tools required for the role Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive team environment with a focus on innovation and career progression What We Offer Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) + annual bonus Company car or allowance 25 days annual leave Company pension scheme Laptop, mobile phone, and all tools required for the role Ongoing training and career progression opportunities Supportive team environment with a focus on innovation and career progression Company events fostering a positive team culture On-site parking Sick pay Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Primarily field-based with office support in Lutterworth Ready to Join ?
