I am currently recruiting on behalf of a medium sized housing developer who are based within the Fareham area. This company is continuously in growth and have an excellent reputation. As the company is growing, they now require some more help internally within their land and planning department. They now require an Executive Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. This would be an office-based role working within the Fareham area starting immediately. This is a full time in the office role so no hybrid or remote. Salary on offer ranges between 30k p/a - 32k p/a DOE. You will be employed as an Executive Assistant, working Monday to Friday, based within the office daily, 9am - 5pm. Friday hours are 9am - 4pm. Your main responsibilities include: obtain a good knowledge base of each department and how they collaborate work together, arranging meetings, diary availability, written correspondence, printing, filing, answering calls, screening calls and general ad-hoc admin duties where required. You must be able to proactively manage complex diaries, effectively screen calls and work closely with others in the team. You must have previous experience within a similar role, have experience as an Executive Assistant in a supporting capacity, excellent knowledge of Microsoft programmes and Excel in particular. You must have strong numeracy and literacy skills and the confidence to work well on your own. They are looking for somebody with excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
