At R3, we are building the on-ramp for the next trillion dollars of assets to move onchain, bridging the worlds of traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi). We are launching institutional-grade RWA yield vaults, fully composable and integrated into Solana DeFi. The Role: We're looking for a DeFi-native product leader who is passionate about creating onchain capital markets. This person should be fluent in both the culture and mechanics of onchain finance. You'll lead product design, delivery and positioning for the Corda protocol yield vaults. A good candidate will know the existing RWA protocols inside and out, but the successful candidate will understand what needs to come next and has the burning desire to build and ship it. Responsibilities Define and lead the product roadmap for Corda yield vaults, through launch and iteration Organize around the needs of your users and stakeholders, such as onchain allocators, curators, DeFi partners Own product decisions and outcomes, balancing strategic vision with day-to-day delivery Collaborate with R3 Product and Engineering to make your roadmap a reality. Ensure that the full R3 Labs organization understands and is bought in on your vision and execution plan.
