Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the Divisional Director and Project Teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery that meets company and subcontractor requirements. - Conduct detailed reviews from tender through to project completion, ensuring entitlement and compliance with contract terms. - Manage monthly payment applications in line with contract deadlines. - Oversee the issuance, review, and approval of monthly payment certificates, coordinating closely with the Accounts team. - Drive the timely finalization of accounts within contractual limits. - Prepare and present monthly Cost-Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports. - Assess and communicate the impact of variations, ensuring timely notice issuance as per contract. Qualifications and Experience: - Proven experience in a senior commercial role with significant project management responsibilities. - Strong contractual and commercial expertise. - In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, in either NEC OR JCT Contracts - Demonstrated experience in procuring specialist packages. - Valid driver's license.
