We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Heating Engineer / Pipefitter to help deliver a growing pipeline of high-quality renewable heating installations. We re working on some of the UK s most forward-thinking retrofit projects and have won multiple awards for our design, customer service, and technical delivery. he Role Installation of heat pump-based heating and hot water systems (domestic and commercial) Pipefitting, cylinder installation, and low-temperature system optimisation Working in plant rooms, retrofit settings, and heritage properties Collaboration with in-house electrical and commissioning teams Nationwide travel as required (planned in advance) About You NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent) Experience in fitting pipework on complex heating systems Confident in reading schematics and zoning layouts Hold current Unvented Hot Water and Water Regs certificates (or willing to renew) Positive attitude to working away when required Clean UK driving licence Desirable Heat pump installation experience (air/ground source) Plant room or commercial-scale system experience What We Offer Flexible salary based on your experience and development potential Company van, tools, uniform, and fuel card Ongoing CPD and training in low-carbon technologies Profit share scheme 10% of net profits shared among staff after 12 months service Be part of a friendly, knowledgeable, and growing team making a real difference
