A superb opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Progressor to join this well respected, high performing Estate Agency brand based in their Stratford Upon Avon office. Working within a small, dedicated team of Sales Progressors you will manage the sales pipeline. The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales progression across 2 local branches. Working within a dedicated sales progression team ensuring the sales pipeline is converted to exchange in a timely, customer centric manner. Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Benefits A basic salary of between £25-26,000k Working on a healthy pipeline which will generate strong commission OTE of £32-35,000 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and birthdays off which rises with service This role is open to both full time and part time hours The successful Estate Agent Sales Progressor will ideally come from an estate agency background and either be an existing sales progressor looking to step into a busier environment or you will currently be working as a Sales Negotiator and looking to step across to a dedicated Sales Progression role. Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for: Managing the end sales process. Taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day Liaising and build strong relationships with partner agents, mortgage brokers, and conveyancing partners Responding to emails. Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process. Gather required documents to complete the sale Plan and prevent potential hurdles where possible Effectively and calmly problem solve Responding to queries and arranging conference calls. Supporting the sales team with booking appointments and dealing with enquiries As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor you will have a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.
