This role is best suited to those that come from a Lettings background that're ideally looking to take their next natural step in management and be involved in all aspects of property. Car allowance or company car Company pension scheme - plan for your future Full support with industry qualifications Regular social events Your role as a Branch Manager: Driving the team and leading from the front to be the best branch in the area Identifying opportunities to increase revenue streams through maximising opportunity Provide support and guidance to sales and lettings clients, giving balanced advice and delivering an accurate marketing strategy Work closely with the Directorto maximise market share within the local area Ensure Property Management runs smoothlyMeasure KPIs and staff performance Handle any complaints that may arise Coaching, leading and mentoring your team both individually and together Carry out sales valuations when needed What we're looking for from a Branch Manager: Previous managerial experience is required either as Assistant Manager or Branch Manager Excellent knowledge of Lettings and Property Management Strong communication & people skills - build lasting relationships!
