Job Title Shaw Contract Commercial Account Manager - London N, NW Position Overview Shaw Contract is a global leader in commercial flooring, serving diverse markets such as workplace, healthcare, hospitality, education, and multi-family dwellings. Our sustainable products support various environments where people work, learn, live, play, and heal. Your role is that of an Account Manager. You will report directly to the Regional Vice President for the UK and Ireland, with additional responsibilities to the VP of International Sales. Essential Duties Set goals and objectives for your customer base and territory. Measure progress and implement necessary changes. Adhere to corporate policies. Travel within your assigned territory to meet customers and assess business opportunities. Develop customer relationships through regular contact and prompt responses via phone, email, or letter. Maintain a full understanding of product lines and their applications. Monitor sales performance and assist customers in promoting sales. Communicate effectively about competitive conditions and programs. Entertain clients as needed with lunches, dinners, or industry events. Analyze and control expenditure to meet budgetary requirements. Be dependable, self-motivated, and maintain good attendance. Other Requirements Valid driving license and passport. Maintain a professional dress code. Living in or familiar with London N, NW areas. Equipment and Materials Utilized Operate standard office equipment, including a personal computer, tablet, and mobile phone. Experience and Safety 3-5 years of commercial interiors experience required. Abide by UK laws and safety regulations during business activities.
