Role Purpose The Client Associate Partner is a role working in the Client team - the agency's front line. They will deliver against our Full Service People promise; Product Activation, Product Effectiveness Analysis, Testing & Improvement Planning, Quality Assurance. A Client Associate Partner will be commercial, strategic, intellectual, personable, and driven. They will manage the day to day running of accounts; from strategic lead on projects through to product activation. The Client role The Client role is to be the face of the agency when interacting with clients and act on behalf of the client when talking internally. Associate Partner An Associate Partner is a specialist supporting position within a team and will be the bridge between Client and Partner. An Associate will be a self sufficient, proactive person who will support the partner on the strategy of the function; they will be responsible for product activation, effectiveness and analysis as well as quality assurance. An Associate Partner will be client facing and have an overall focus for the performance responsibility for a Client, Channel or Function. Role Responsibilities Manage and oversee account performance Support assigned Client Partner Develop high quality personal relationships with clients through regular contact, prioritising face to face time and telephone conversations over email. Earn clients' respect and develop status as 'go to' point of contact in the business for all commercial and strategic issues. Full accountability for client campaign performance, client satisfaction, and client debtors. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of their business/sector/customers and stay abreast of their industry's developments. Keep the agency appropriately informed of all client developments, from campaign performance to personnel changes and everything in between. The project manages all campaign work, including coordination of media teams. Critically interrogate media performance and recommend appropriate tests and initiatives. Be the 'client in the agency' and ensure that we continually develop our products and services to meet their needs. Produce annual forecasts, and quarterly reforecasts, against which the business can confidently budget for investment to drive growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, creator-first strategies that deliver impact across paid and organic channels. With a deep understanding of influencer marketing, content performance, and creator partnerships, you'll work at the intersection of culture, community, and commerce to help brands drive fame, engagement, and measurable outcomes. This is a pivotal role in our Social & Influencer team, where you'll work closely with creative, paid media, PR, content, and client teams to deliver integrated work. From strategy and sourcing to contracting, approvals, content delivery, and reporting, you'll own the end-to-end management of creator campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll report into the Social & Influencer Partner and collaborate with our design studio, client services, and project teams. Role Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of influencer and creator campaigns, from strategy and sourcing through to approvals, content delivery, amplification, and reporting. Build and nurture strong relationships with creators and talent agents to maintain a high-quality, diverse, and relevant network of partners. Negotiate and manage creator contracts, budgets, and approvals in collaboration with legal and client teams. Develop and pitch creator-first content strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand tone, and campaign objectives. Identify the right creators based on audience insights, cultural alignment, and performance history - ensuring relevance across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Collaborate with paid social and creative teams to integrate creator content into paid amplification strategies, delivering performance-driven outcomes. Stay on top of platform trends, creator culture, and internet moments to proactively surface creative opportunities and talent recommendations. Work with the Social & Influencer Partner to develop scalable creator-led campaign frameworks and reusable models across clients.
