What Makes This Role Exciting? You'll be at the forefront of channel transformation, leading a risk-centric approach that directly addresses human vulnerability in cybersecurity. You'll work with some of the most innovative partners in the industry, helping them deliver Mimecast's integrated platform of threat protection, training, insider risk management, and compliance solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with direct visibility from our VP of EMEA Partners and UKI Sales Leadership. Most importantly, you'll shape how companies think about and act on human risk. What You'll Do Strategic Leadership Design and deliver an ambitious channel growth strategy for the UKI region, focusing on scale, enablement, and partner success. Partner Engagement Build lasting relationships with top-tier partners. Be their trusted advisor by aligning Mimecast's solutions with their business models and goals. Team Leadership Inspire and guide a team of Partner Managers and virtual contributors. Mentor, motivate, and create a winning culture of performance and impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration Unite internal teams to drive high-impact channel initiatives. Ensure alignment on messaging, execution, and innovation. Thought Leadership Be the voice of Mimecast in the partner ecosystem. Speak at industry events, lead discussions, and share insights on the future of cybersecurity and human risk.
