In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Develop safe manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; interfacing with equipment suppliers; Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields and costs; Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout; Develop manufacturing processes to meet product requirements and tests manufacturing methods while developing training and evaluation guideline for assembly operators; Train operators in his area of responsibility; Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes; Develop and specify through process maps, manufacturing processes of all levels of complexity necessary to produce product. Provide direction to overall manufacturing process documentation strategy; Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure they are followed, define & prepares technical specifications for new equipment; Identify Potential outsource opportunities & build and maintain relationships with vendors; Interacts with vendors for acquiring and maintaining new equipment; Work with tool designers and designer/drafters to define tooling and fixturing requirements and initiate tooling improvement projects; Work with QA, Materials, and Design Engineering to disposition discrepant parts and assemblies, assign causes, and initiate corrective action. Identify system related causes and initiate action to correct; Involved with LEAN and continuous improvement projects; Collaborates with New Product Development team for implementing new products and/or improvement of existing products. Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in supervising benchmarks using tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar. Knowledge of technical drawing and assembly and/or mechanical processing processes. Plan, implement, and report on security testing activities, including: Tool and technique selection, Security requirements testing, Threat mitigation testing, Vulnerability testing, Abuse case testing, Attack surface analysis, Regression testing and Test automation Analyse, report, and supervise security defects. Ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable standards (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27001). Support internal and external audits as required. Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on emerging threats, tools, and standard methodologies. Occasional travel may be required, such as training or customer support. Proficiency with tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, Metasploit, Wireshark, Nmap, Fortify, Checkmarx. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell. Understanding of encryption algorithms, key management, and secure protocols (TLS, SSH, etc.) Detailed understanding of common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10, CWE/SANS Top 25).
