Job description - the role As a HSE Manager, you will lead Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) initiatives locally, aligning them with business priorities through a deep understanding of the local HS&E performance and risk profile. You will coach managers to strengthen their HS&E leadership and ensure effective implementation across operations. Acting as the principal HS&E point of contact for your assigned areas, you will deliver on agreed improvement plans while proactively identifying emerging issues. Additionally, you will promote best practices and collaborate closely with Business HS&E and the wider HS&E function to foster teamwork and ensure alignment with both business and functional strategies.
