Your Mission As a Software Engineer II at Recombine, you will develop andmanage services that are integral to our AI-powered platforms. Youwill work across a wide range of technologies to build scalableand reliable systems that drive the future of AI-based automation.You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build,and optimize services, ensuring they perform at their best for ourclients. What You'll Do at Recombine End-to-End Quality: Design, build, and maintainefficient, reusable, scalable, and reliable code while ensuringhigh performance and quality. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drivefeature development, contributing technical expertise andinfluencing others in the process. Operational Excellence: Identify performance bottlenecks,bugs, and other issues, and proactively devise solutions tomitigate and resolve them. Engineering Practices: Help establish best engineeringpractices, including maintaining high code quality, automation,and agile development standards. Client-Centric Solutions: Focus on delivering robust andreliable services that enhance the performance of Recombine's AIproducts. What You'll Bring to the Team 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proventrack record of developing high-performance commercial softwareand scalable services. Expertise in TypeScript and Node.js; knowledge ofPython is a plus. Experience working with SQL and/orNoSQL technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, andDynamoDB etc., graph databases like Neo4j is aplus. Solid understanding of cloud ecosystems: Azure,AWS, or GCP. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or othercontainerization technologies. Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles andarchitectural design patterns. Strong grasp of multithreading, asynchronous programming,and cloud programming. Familiar with modern engineering practices, includingagile development, CI/CD, and DevOps. Proven ability to work effectively with globally distributedteams. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability tocollaborate across departments. Your Mission Recombine is looking for a Senior Solution Engineer who will playa key role in the success of our AI and ML-driven products. As anintegral part of our Sales Engineering team, you will beresponsible for promoting and evangelizing these solutions to ourclients and prospects. In addition, you will mentor and enable ourinternal teams-Sales Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives(AEs)-helping them understand and communicate the value of AIsolutions. You will identify key trends in AI and machine learning and helpguide our product development by working closely with our industryteams. Your responsibilities will include creating and deliveringproof-of-value (PoV) demonstrations, custom demos, deep dives, andmaterials that scale our AI/ML business. You will also collaboratewith vertical teams to integrate AI/ML into their sales campaigns. What You'll Do at Recombine Lead the most strategic AI/ML-focused deals and productdiscussions with clients. Enable and mentor Sales Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives(AEs) on AI/ML technologies. Conduct workshops and deliver presentations to clients andprospects. Create and deliver customized demos, PoVs, and materials basedon client needs and field observations. Collaborate with vertical teams to incorporate AI/ML into theirsales strategies and initiatives. Work closely with product teams to provide insights from thefield and help shape the roadmap. What You'll Bring to the Team Extensive experience in customer-facing, pre-sales, or strategicconsulting roles. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in AI,machine learning, and related technologies. Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceedgoals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, withthe ability to convey complex technical concepts in a simple,relatable manner. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approachto customer engagement. Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal andexternal stakeholders. Your Mission Recombine is seeking a highly skilled Senior InfrastructureEngineer to join our Professional Services team. This individualwill be responsible for the implementation, upgrading, migration,troubleshooting, and enablement of our AI-driven solutions,ensuring seamless integration with client infrastructure. Yourexpertise will focus on infrastructure, but you will also act as aproject leader and advisor to clients and internal teams. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will work closely withour clients and partners to design and deploy AI solutionstailored to their needs, drive adoption, and ensure operationalsuccess. Your deep technical knowledge and leadership skills willhelp guide clients through the complexities of AI andinfrastructure integration. What You'll Do at Recombine Develop a deep understanding of Recombine's AI platform andinfrastructure integration. Engage with clients in both technical pre-sales and post-salesactivities to ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions. Design and implement system architectures that integrateRecombine's AI products with third-party applications andinfrastructure, tailored to client needs. Support the sales team with infrastructure guidance duringRFI/RFPs and POC stages. Provide ongoing infrastructure support for client implementationteams and internal teams throughout project lifecycles. Deliver on-site and remote training for clients and partners,ensuring they understand best practices and optimizationstrategies. Document solutions and maintain a repository of best practices. Stay current with new product releases and roadmaps, providingeducation and feedback to both clients and product teams. Act as a project manager, coordinating resources and ensuringsuccessful delivery in collaboration with Recombine's internalteams and external partners. What You'll Bring to the Team Deep infrastructure expertise: 10+ years of experiencein infrastructure roles, with a strong understanding of bothon-premises and cloud environments. Technical Skills: Expertise in Linux (file systems,package management, logging, etc.), Kubernetes, Windows Server,SQL Server, Active Directory, Redis, ElasticSearch, and similartechnologies. Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure,and GCP. Virtualization: Expertise in VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, andother virtualization technologies. Networking and Security: Experience with Palo Alto,Sophos, FortiNet, and Cisco firewall solutions. Remote Desktop Services: Proficiency in supporting RDS,RemoteApp, and Citrix environments (both on-premises and cloud). Project Management: 2+ years of project managementexperience, with excellent communication and organizationalskills. Certifications: Relevant infrastructure certifications(CCNA, JNCP, MCSA, VCP).
