The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 -5 years experience within fast track fit out CAT A & B and work with some of the most reputable Fit-Out Contractors Some of the key duties would include Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build Site set up and strategy including logistics Planning Running the job as a number 1 Daily site management and Progress reporting weekly Check contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductions. Check and Approve Benchmarks from contractors Manage Client relationships and nurture existing accounts Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish Finish with attention to budgetary limitations Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3- 5 years experience must be able to travel into London and Hertfordshire a CSCS, SMSTS & FIRST Aid Site certifications. Job Title- Junior Document Controller Location: - Central London/South West London Type of Contract: - TEMP TO PERM (Full time) Salary: - Competitive Availability: - Immediate A bespoke Fit-Out/Refurbishment Contractor with a turnover of over £80 million is seeking a Document Controller to join to them on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 years experience working as a Document Controller within Fit out/Refurb Main Contracting and must be a champion on Procore. Key Duties include Diary Management Be the focal point on site between the Sub Contractors, clients and the Design team Organised Excellent communicator at all levels Provide support during the pre-construction, construction and close out phases of allocated projects. Coordinate all project information including drawings, specifications, technical submittals, samples, letters, minutes and other electronic information To be a Procore and systems champion alongside the other members of the Group support team Must be able to work with several different teams and coordinate information. Assist Project Manager with the production of the project H&S plan, site waste management, logistics plan, schedule of conditions, signage and implementation of the project filing system Configure new projects on Procore and assign user roles to internal and external colleagues Manage and enforce our document management process (Procore, external document management system, email, paperwork) for the project Be the onsite Procore super-user and training contact for your projects Ability to work in a fast paced environment on a jobs over £15 million Be able to adapt and have a flexible approach The ideal candidate must have worked for a Main Contractor for a minimum of 2 years and must have hands on experiece on Procore (Document Control systems) must be able to work in an organised manner between two sites. Senior Quantity Surveyor will be running the project as a Number 1 including assisting in developing commercial strategy for specific projects by maintaining and maximising the profitability of the projects You will: You will have a strong commercial awareness You will be able create, review, and manage tender documentation, contracts and formal notices and discuss the same with suppliers. You will demonstrate a strong professional determination to obtain the desired outcomes and demonstrate a full understanding of both the commercial and financial risks. You will demonstrate strong negotiation and effective resolution skills. You will be able to independently undertake the key activities and liaise effectively with its peers, customers, site managers, engineers, and suppliers Final Accounts Requirements The ideal candidate must have a degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5 years experience working with a Main Contractor with profound knowledge within JCT Design and Build Contracts, must have worked on New Build and Refurbishment Project between £5-£15 million be determined, hard-working, organised and want to work in a competitive environment, with a clean driving licence and must be able to drive.
