Experience required as a Laser Setter Operator: Experience setting and operating 5 or 2 Axis Laser is essential Proven experience in fabrication, sheet metal work, or manufacturing environments involving laser cutting or similar machinery Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and tooling for setup and maintenance Familiarity with grinding, welding, and assembly processes preferred Basic math skills for measuring, calculating dimensions, and interpreting technical drawings or specifications Knowledge of sheet metal properties and fabrication techniques is highly advantageous Prior experience with mechanical systems, tooling adjustments, and quality control procedures is desirable.
