Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Compliance Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will: You will oversee the daily compliance management of the facilities services, across hard and soft services, managing a multitude of contractors and service party providers and H&S administration. Oversee day-to-day compliance across estate operations, ensuring safe working practices for staff and contractors. Manage and control compliance-related budgets, costs, resources, and contractor management / procurement to ensure efficient delivery of services. Provide line management to compliance and estate operations staff, including rotas, absence management, and cover arrangements. Ensure completion of PPMs and statutory inspections, with timely submission and retention of all compliance documentation. Support the Estate Manager with regulatory compliance, major works and M&E projects, Building Safety Case reports, insurance claims, and budget monitoring. Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and suppliers, managing tendering, performance reviews, and contract compliance. Serve as the key client liaison for all compliance and contractual matters, attending meetings and responding to queries. Lead and coordinate internal and external compliance audits, inspections, and management reporting. Lead on all risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) approvals, and manage the permit-to-work process from authorisation to close-out.
