The Process Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: Industry experience working in a similar Engineering / Manufacturing role Have the ability to communicate information, both technical and non-technical, to internal stakeholders and customers in a concise manner Ideally hold a Degree in Engineering (or a similar qualification) Be self-motivated with the ability of working to your own initiative Good awareness of engineering problem solving, process and equipment design Good awareness of PC Applications, fault-finding techniques such as 8D and the use of FMEA Be able to maintain a high standard of Health and Safety based upon safe working practices and support environmental initiatives High level of professionalism and capability of being a strong ambassador for the company The Process Engineer role will involve: Planning of Product Measurements Supporting the production with the aim of reducing costs for the company and its customers Root Cause Analysis for the development and implementation of corrective actions Leading investigations into any process issues affecting product quality Product Traceability Development of processes and standard operating procedures , centred around best practice principles Development of risk analysis based on processes performances to assess the risks of process failures Ensuring all work activities and records comply with Company Procedures, Policies and Codes of Practice Maintaining and updating quality and production documents Internal Audits. They are looking to take on a Technical Author to join their team near Sandy on a permanent basis.
