As a Care Coordinator , you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless care delivery for both clients and staff. This role offers a starting salary of 26,500 per annum , with an increase to 28,000 upon successfully passing your probation period. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that care is delivered efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high standard of service for clients, staff, and the business. Key Responsibilities: Oversee staffing requirements and ensure clients are kept informed about their care schedule. Coordinate healthcare rotas, ensuring clients' needs and preferences are met as closely as possible. Allocate care calls to staff, optimizing efficiency by considering travel time, breaks, and availability. Adapt quickly to changes that may impact the rota, such as sickness, holidays, training, cancellations, or other unexpected events. Work with the team to facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
