Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of all pool users by preventing incidents and responding quickly to emergencies. Monitor swimming activities and enforce pool rules to create a safe and enjoyable environment. Conduct regular checks and maintain cleanliness in the pool area. Main Responsibilities Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across all areas. Set up and pack away sports and fitness equipment safely and efficiently. Contract: 24 hours per week. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in a similar role within the health and fitness industry, ideally in a 5 environment. Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Qualifications: Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer certification (Group Exercise certification preferred).
